Transaction documentation

A clear record behind a proposed transfer.

We collate transaction records, ownership documents and verification references for independent review. We do not hold client funds, operate wallets or act as an escrow provider.

Discuss Transaction Documentation

The documentary trail

Contracts, instructions, asset identifiers and payment records can be indexed into a single transaction file. We distinguish proposed steps from completed transfers and record changes or conflicting instructions for your advisers to review.

Cross-references, not guarantees

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes and provider confirmations may help connect records. They do not, by themselves, establish beneficial ownership, lawful provenance or a counterparty’s identity. Missing information and unresolved questions remain visible in our outputs.

Working alongside an appointed provider

Where you independently appoint an appropriately authorised escrow or custody provider, we can organise the records it requests within an agreed scope. The provider and your qualified advisers remain responsible for contractual, identity, compliance and release decisions.

Restricted assets and disputed instructions

Documentation cannot override a court order, sanctions measure or platform restriction. Obtain independent legal advice and the relevant provider’s guidance before taking action involving restricted assets.

An initial outline

Tell us the proposed transaction’s stage, the records that need organising, whether independent advisers are appointed and any relevant deadline. Please do not attach confidential documents to the public enquiry form; any later information exchange uses a separately agreed secure method.

Documentation support within an agreed scope

  • Proposed and completed transaction chronologies
  • Contract and instruction indexing
  • Wallet address and transaction ID cross-references
  • Ownership documentation collation
  • Source-of-funds record organisation
  • Discrepancy and missing-record schedules
